The 17th Annual Lorton Holiday Extravaganza & Craft Show will take place on Saturday, December 3 from 9a-3p.

Nearly 3,000 shoppers are expected to converge on the SCHS campus for a day of shopping, entertainment, and holiday fun!

The day begins with the arrival of Santa courtesy of the Lorton Volunteer Fire Department. Kids can take part in the 6th Annual Candy Cane Fun Run at 8:30am and then come inside to enjoy a whole slew of kids’ activities to include our Candy Cane Kids’ Shop where the little ones can do their holiday shopping in their own special shop!

170 vendors from across the mid-Atlantic region will offer their handcrafted wares to holiday shoppers. The South County Crew Team is hosting the 5th Annual Santa’s Book Emporium. The South County Band is hosting our great Silent Auction and SoCo students will provide a day of festive, holiday entertainment. All proceeds benefit the South County PTSO and the Class of 2023.

Mark your calendars to come out in support of the Viking community at our WSHS Holiday Vendor Fair! They will have a wide variety of over 60 local crafters and small businesses! A perfect place to get some holiday shopping done!

They will also have Dave's Dogs as their featured food truck for the event!!! Be sure to get some of the best fast food in town!

They are also collecting that day for the Viking food pantry! Bring one item or several to support a great cause!

• ready meals (boxed macaroni and cheese, Chef Boyardee canned meals, etc.)

• canned milk and powdered milk

• canned meats (tuna, chicken, spam, corned beef)

• peanut butter

• jelly

• soups

• snacks (granola bars, fruit snacks, goldfish, crackers, etc.)

Household and hygiene items:

• toiletries (soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, lotion, deodorant)

• laundry detergent

• dishwashing soap

• feminine hygiene items

• trash bags

• school supplies (folders, lined paper, pencils, pens)
